This page acts as the Terms of Service (TOS) for use of Ryzen's Texture Packs & Mods (TM), a registered business entity, including all packs, downloads, commission services, and related services provided on this site.

Server Rules & Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for complying with the rules, policies, and terms of service of any Minecraft server, network, or platform you choose to access while using content provided by Ryzen's Texture Packs & Mods (TM).

Server moderation decisions, automated enforcement systems, and rule interpretations are controlled entirely by third parties and remain outside the control of Ryzen's Texture Packs & Mods (TM).

Ryzen's Texture Packs & Mods (TM) and its owner are not responsible for warnings, kicks, temporary bans, permanent bans, suspensions, wipes, restrictions, or full account terminations that may occur as a result of using the provided content.

False Information & Termination of Access

Knowingly spreading false, misleading, or deceptive information regarding the functionality, intent, safety, or behavior of any content distributed by Ryzen's Texture Packs & Mods (TM) is prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to, false claims that content bypasses server rules, guarantees immunity from moderation, provides unfair advantages, or causes harm.

Ryzen's Texture Packs & Mods (TM) reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate access to its website, downloads, or services for violations of this policy.

Intellectual Property

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. Ryzen's Texture Packs & Mods (TM) is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

All original content distributed by Ryzen's Texture Packs & Mods (TM), unless otherwise stated, remains the intellectual property of its creator. Unauthorized redistribution, reuploading, modification, or claiming ownership of this content is prohibited.

Modifications & Updates

Content provided by Ryzen's Texture Packs & Mods (TM) may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of any content following updates or changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ryzen's Texture Packs & Mods (TM) and its owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use any content provided on this website.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of accounts, loss of access to servers, loss of progress, loss of data, or any actions taken by third-party platforms or services.

No Guarantee of Availability

Access to downloads, services, or content provided by Ryzen's Texture Packs & Mods (TM) may be limited, suspended, or unavailable at times due to maintenance, technical issues, or other circumstances.

Commissions & Paid Services

RyzenNow offers paid commission services including, but not limited to: texture changes, branding removal, and fully custom texture pack creation. By submitting payment for any commission service you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the result, change of mind, failure to open a Discord ticket to claim the order, or a request being declined due to excessive complexity.
• All payments are processed via Stripe. By completing payment you agree that all sales are final and no chargebacks or disputes will be filed, as all terms are clearly stated prior to purchase.
• After payment is made, you must open a ticket in the official Discord server and provide proof of payment to claim your order. Failure to do so does not entitle you to a refund.
• For custom pack commissions, pricing is quoted individually before work begins. Extremely complex requests may be declined at RyzenNow's discretion. No refund will be issued if a request is declined after payment. It is strongly recommended to discuss your idea in Discord before purchasing a custom commission.
• Commission turnaround times are not guaranteed. Delays do not entitle the purchaser to a refund.
• Orders must be claimed within 30 days of payment by opening a ticket in the official Discord server. Failure to claim within 30 days renders the transaction void. No delivery will be made and no refund will be issued after this period.
• Commissioning a service does not transfer intellectual property rights over the delivered content unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by RyzenNow.

Payments & Refund Policy

All purchases made on this site — including paid mods, license keys, and commission services — are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to the following:

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, inability to use the product, device incompatibility, or account termination due to policy violations.
• Stripe processes payments on behalf of Ryzen's Texture Packs & Mods (TM). Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to a product is considered fraudulent. Any chargeback or dispute will result in immediate permanent account termination, revocation of all license keys, and reporting to Stripe. No exceptions.
• Subscription or time-limited licenses (e.g. 180-day access) are non-renewable via refund. If your license expires you must purchase a new one.
• If you experience a genuine billing error (e.g. duplicate charge), contact us at contact@ryzennow.net within 7 days and we will investigate.

License Keys & Access

Certain products sold by Ryzen's Texture Packs & Mods (TM) are protected by a key system. By purchasing a license key you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Keys are single-use and non-transferable. Each key can only be activated once and is tied permanently to the device and account it was first used on.
• If you delete the mod from your PC, your key is consumed and cannot be reused. Reinstalling the mod will require a new purchase. There are no exceptions to this policy.
• Lost, stolen, or self-deactivated keys will not be replaced. If you lose your key or deactivate it yourself, Ryzen's Texture Packs & Mods (TM) is not obligated to issue a replacement under any circumstances.
• It is your responsibility to store your key in a safe location and to keep the mod installed. We strongly recommend saving your key immediately after purchase.
• Keys may be revoked at any time if abuse, sharing, or violation of these terms is detected, without entitlement to a refund.
• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate permanent account ban and revocation of all license keys. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us at contact@ryzennow.net before initiating any dispute.

Changes to These Terms

Ryzen's Texture Packs & Mods (TM) reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.
