A: Short answer, no it is not bannable as of 11/9/25. If any staff member attempts to gaslight this, evidence was taken on that exact date showing the rules. No one checks rules every single day, so each rule was reviewed individually.
Unless the pack is used in ways listed above, it is not our responsibility. We cannot control how users choose to use it. This was made as a visual feature and flex. Since scamming is allowed on the server, there is no rule conflict.

A: Make sure your language setting is set to English (US).
A: The files are safe.
In the #are-we-trusted channel, people put a checkmark. The checkmark indicates that they've tested and checked the pack.
Additionally, if you're still unsure, you can always check the files yourself.
If you have any trouble with the pack, feel free to open a support ticket in #tickets, and the staff team will do their best to help you.
Once you're done, don't forget to react with a checkmark.

Download the .mcpack file
Double click it
Minecraft opens -> Import Started -> Done
Android
Download the .mcpack
Open your Downloads folder
Tap the .mcpack file -> Select Minecraft
If it doesn't work, try a different file manager
iOS
Download the .mcpack in Safari
Tap "Open in..." -> Choose Minecraft
If "Open in Minecraft" doesn't appear:
Go to the Files app -> find the .mcpack
Tap Share -> Minecraft

Download the .zip or .jar resource pack
Open Minecraft -> Options -> Resource Packs -> Open Pack Folder
Move the downloaded pack into the folder
Back in Minecraft, click the pack to enable -> Done

Once your mods folder is open, locate the mod file (the .jar file) and drag it into your client. If you're just viewing the pack, you can skip the drag step.

FYI: If the names don't match up when you're viewing it in the auction, go ahead and buy it, DonutSMP has custom names that overwrite the mod's names. (This only happens for some people.)

A: This is the most common issue. It usually happens because you're not signed in to Discord on your browser. To fix it, simply sign in to Discord in your browser and it will let you link.
After linking your Discord account, go back to the page and perform a hard refresh (or a few normal refreshes). This lets the website load properly. Then try to download again.
If that still doesn't work, open a support ticket in the tickets channel and the team will help you.
A: Yes. We are one of the only safe places to get texture packs and mods for DonutSMP, with over 40,000+ downloads. If you're uncertain, feel free to check the are-we-trusted channel and usd-vouches for proof from real users.
A: No. You cannot get banned for using our mods. This has been confirmed directly with DonutSMP staff, our mods are not against the rules to use, so use them as you like.
As for a fake /pay mod (one that looks like you're paying someone but doesn't actually take your money): using the mod itself is fine. Scamming is allowed on DonutSMP, and people already use texture packs in a similar way, so there's no rule conflict. Use at your own discretion.
A: The only way to get free mods is by joining the affiliate-program. Other than that, there is no way to get free mods.
A: A lot of the time your browser will instantly block the installer download because it gets flagged as unsafe. Using Google Chrome usually fixes this.
When you run the installer after downloading, Windows may say "Windows has protected your device." To get around this, click More info → Run Anyway.
A: If your mod doesn't work, something on your end is usually causing it. Common causes:
