Before opening a ticket, check the list below. Most support tickets we get come down to one of these.
I paid but never got my key email, or lost it.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. The key is sent to the email you used at checkout, not your Discord email, so double check that inbox specifically. It usually arrives within a couple minutes. If it's been over 30 minutes with nothing in any folder, or you just lost the email later, open a ticket with your order confirmation, we can resend your existing key straight away, no need to buy again.
The redeem key box isn't showing up in the Installer.
Close the Installer completely, then open it again. If it's still not showing up, restart your PC and try once more.
It says my key or license is invalid.
Double check you're redeeming the right key on the right mod, and that you're logged into the same Ryzen Installer account you used the first time you redeemed. If that all checks out, relaunch the Installer and try again before opening a ticket.
Windows says "Windows protected your device."
Click More info → Run anyway to continue.
My browser blocked the download.
Switch to Google Chrome, or click Keep / Keep anyway when the download warning shows up.
The mod is installed but doesn't seem to do anything.
Confirm you're on Minecraft 1.21.6 or newer. Remove any older copy of the same mod's .jar from your mods folder, only one version at a time. If it still doesn't work, try removing your other mods to rule out a conflict.
I'm on Lunar, Feather, or another custom client and the mod isn't loading.
Most custom clients keep their own separate mods folder instead of using the default .minecraft/mods, usually tied to whichever profile or install you're running. When installing, find that client's own mods folder and point the install there instead of the default one.
I'm on a Mac.
macOS support is coming soon and isn't available yet. Windows is fully supported today.
Each key locks to one computer the first time you redeem it, so it can't just be redeemed again on a different PC. If you got a new computer or reinstalled Windows, request a device reset from your profile page and we'll email you a verification code to move your key over. This keeps keys from being shared, and takes about a minute to sort out.
Check your email for the key after purchasing.
Download and open the Ryzen Installer from ryzennow.net/mods, or from the buy/how-to-buy channels in the Discord.
Make an account in the Ryzen Installer if you haven't already.
Redeem the key inside the Ryzen Installer. Once redeemed, that key is locked to this computer (see Switched PCs? above if that ever changes). If you don't see the redeem box, relaunch the Installer.
Press install, and it'll install straight to your mods folder.
If you're using a client instead of the vanilla launcher, or just want to check the mod is there, open your mods folder using one of the methods below.
Windows
Method 1:
Method 2: Press Win + R, type %appdata%, hit Enter. Open the .minecraft folder, the mods folder is inside.
Method 3: Launch Minecraft → Options → Resource Packs → Open Pack Folder. Click .minecraft in the address bar to go up one level, then open mods.
For Lunar, Feather, or other custom clients: use that client's own mods folder path instead of the default one above, and point your install there.
macOS (coming soon)
Once the folder is open, drag the mod's .jar file in. If you're just checking it's there, you can skip that step.
Open a ticket in the Discord and include what you already tried from this page, it'll get you helped faster.
