This Privacy Policy explains what information Ryzen's Texture Packs & Mods (TM) collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.
When you log in with Discord, we may store:
We also store usage data including download history, vouches, verification requests, and moderation records (such as bans) to operate site features and prevent abuse.
If you use the live community chat, the messages you send are publicly visible to other users and are stored temporarily (a rolling window of recent messages). Your Discord username, avatar, and role badge are shown alongside your messages. Do not share private information in chat. We also collect anonymous online-visitor counts via a per-tab heartbeat.
Paid products are sold through third-party checkout and our installer/license system. When you purchase, we may receive and store your order ID, email address, Discord ID, and the products purchased to deliver your key, grant access, and provide support. Payment card details are handled entirely by the payment processor and are never stored by us. We may send transactional emails (such as purchase confirmations) through an email provider.
Our paid mods are licensed software that verify your access with our servers. While an installed mod is running, it periodically checks your license, and during those checks we receive and store:
We combine this with your order and account information into a single customer record. We use it to verify and enforce your license, deliver updates, provide support, and prevent fraud, chargeback abuse, key sharing, and ban evasion. This data is not sold or shared for advertising. Payment card details are never seen or stored by us.
To power features such as the live download-activity feed and basic analytics, we may record the approximate location (city, region/state, and country) of download events, derived from your IP address by our network provider. This is not precise location tracking.
We use secure session cookies to authenticate users. Without these, login and profile features will not function correctly.
We collect and store your IP address and a browser fingerprint when you use this site. This data is used exclusively for security purposes, specifically to enforce moderation actions and prevent ban evasion. IP addresses and fingerprints associated with banned accounts may be blocked from accessing the site. This data is not sold or shared with third parties.
This site relies on third-party platforms including Discord login and standard hosting, payment, and email providers. Those services may process data according to their own privacy policies.
Some data is retained for operational and moderation reasons, including historical download and moderation records. This includes license and customer records (such as device identifiers, Minecraft identity, order history, and license check-in history), which we keep while your license is active and for a reasonable period afterward for fraud prevention, support, and record-keeping. Session data may expire automatically based on configured TTL, and raw request logs are kept only for a limited window.
You can stop using the service at any time and log out to clear active session usage. If you need account-data review or deletion requests, contact us at contact@ryzennow.net.
This policy may be updated when site functionality changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
