This Privacy Policy explains what information Ryzen's Texture Packs & Mods (TM) collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.

We use a short-lived per-tab heartbeat to show an approximate number of visitors currently online. The former community chat has been retired.
Paid products are sold through third-party checkout and our license system. When you purchase, we may receive and store your order ID, email address, Discord ID, and the products purchased to deliver your key, grant access, and provide support. Payment card details are handled entirely by the payment processor and are never stored by us. We may send transactional emails (such as purchase confirmations) through an email provider.
Our paid mods are licensed software that verify your access with our servers. While an installed mod is running, it periodically checks your license, and during those checks we receive and store:
We combine this with your order and account information into a single customer record. We use it to verify and enforce your license, deliver updates, provide support, and prevent fraud, chargeback abuse, key sharing, and ban evasion. This data is not sold or shared for advertising. Payment card details are never seen or stored by us.
To power features such as the live download-activity feed and basic analytics, we may record the approximate location (city, region/state, and country) of download events, derived from your IP address by our network provider. This is not precise location tracking.
We process account, order, delivery, and license data to provide the product and perform our contract with you. We process security, device, IP, moderation, and dispute records for our legitimate interests in preventing fraud, enforcing licenses, protecting the service, resolving support requests, and establishing or defending legal claims. We also process records where needed to meet tax, accounting, consumer-protection, or other legal obligations.
We use secure session cookies to authenticate users. Without these, login and profile features will not function correctly.
We collect and store your IP address and a browser fingerprint when you use this site. This data is used exclusively for security purposes, specifically to enforce moderation actions and prevent ban evasion. IP addresses and fingerprints associated with banned accounts may be blocked from accessing the site. This data is not sold. It is disclosed only to service providers or authorities where needed to operate, secure, or defend the service, or where law requires it.
Your Discord account, your ryzennow account, your purchases, and the Minecraft identity you run our mods with are held together as one customer record. That is what lets us deliver your key to the right person and answer a support ticket without asking you to prove who you are every time.
It also means a moderation decision can apply to all of them. If you are banned from our Discord server, or we restrict your account for fraud, chargeback abuse, key sharing, or ban evasion, that restriction can also stop the mods you installed and can extend to other accounts and identities we reasonably link to you. We do not publish how those links are made. You can ask us to review a decision at support@ryzennow.net.
Our services are not for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact support@ryzennow.net and we will delete it.
Access to customer records is limited to the operator and to the providers listed below. We use encrypted connections and keep credentials out of the software we ship. No service can promise perfect security, so we do not, but we do tell affected customers when a breach requires it.
We use Cloudflare for hosting, security, and storage; Shopify, PayPal, and Stripe for checkout and payment processing; Discord for sign-in and community support; and Resend for transactional email. We share only the information each provider needs to perform its service, prevent fraud, handle disputes, or meet legal requirements. These providers may process information in other countries under their own privacy terms and lawful transfer safeguards.
Session and temporary security data expire automatically based on their configured lifetime. We keep account, purchase, delivery, redemption, download, license check-in, device, and moderation records while they are needed to provide an active license and afterward where reasonably required for support, fraud prevention, accounting, payment disputes, and legal claims. We review retention based on the license status, dispute deadlines, legal record-keeping duties, and whether the record remains necessary for security or enforcement.
You can stop using the service at any time and log out to end the active session. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, and to receive a portable copy of some data. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact support@ryzennow.net to make a request. We may retain information where law permits or requires it, including records needed for security, accounting, disputes, and legal claims.
This policy may be updated when site functionality or legal requirements change. The updated version applies from the date posted. We will provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
